Fantastic experience! Eric really does define "Detailed" in Detailed Home Inspections! Moved into new construction and hired Eric to do a private inspection. While nothing major was found, he did find a number of small, correctable issues I never would have thought to look for. Much appreciated! Detailed Home Inspections was recommended to us by a very trusted friend and we could not have been happier with the recommendation. Eric was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection of the home we were purchasing. We met right after the inspection and he went through all of the points. Then we were emailed a copy of the report outlining everything he had told us, including pictures and recommendations. What I found extremely helpful was the recording by the home inspector of the make, model and serial numbers of the major systems in our new home. They were very professional, polite, objective, and extremely detailed. We are very happy with their quality and thoroughness. Eric explained things clearly and was available for follow up questions which helps a nervous first time home buyer like me. Our report came back just as detailed as the sample report on their website. Very happy with it! Because they are so good, the only con is that they are very busy. Luckily they found an earlier slot to accommodate my short timeline but check the schedule to allow for enough due diligence time.
